FCPS has allowed students to participate in yellow day conditioning. Conditioning is open to all students interested in soccer (9-12th grade).

We have conditioning on every Wednesday from 3 - 4:30 PM. No equipment is allowed at all.

You will need the following: 

• At least 32 oz of water.
• An emergency care form filled out.
• Proper workout attire.
• A mask for when social distancing cannot occur.

Upon arrival, the following procedures will occur:

1. A questionnaire will be filled out by a coach asking health questions.
2. Student temperatures will be taken and recorded.

While this procedure is occurring please stay in your car. If you are arriving by bike/walking please line up 6 feet apart.

These sessions are not required but encouraged for players to get back into shape, meet their coaches, and to get outside.

FCPS esta dejando estudiantes partecipar en yellow day acondicionamiento. Acondicionamiento esta abierto para todos los estudiantes interesados en futbol (grados 9-12).

Necitaras lo siguente:
