August 1---4:30pm-7pm (Be in the Gym Lobby by 4pm)

August 2--2:30pm-4:30pm (Freshman Only)

                 4:30pm-7pm (JV & Varsity)

August 3--2:30pm-4:30pm (Freshman Only)

                 4:30pm-7pm (JV & Varsity)

All paperwork needs to be completed and turned in by July 30th in order to be eligible to tryouts August 1st. 

1. VHSL Physical Form (located under Files and Links)
2. Emergency Care Card (located under Files and Links)
3. Student Concussion Eduction---Online (www.fcps.edu/sports)
4. Parent Concussion Education--Online (www.fcps.edu/sports)

Summer Volleyball Workouts (Rising 9th graders cannot participate until June 19th).  

*** VHSL Physical form must be turned in to Coach Kim if girls are participating in summer workouts.

• May 31---3:15pm-4:45pm (Main Gym)
• June 5---4:45pm-6pm (Main Gym)
• June 12, 14, 19, 21---2:00pm-3:30pm (Main Gym)
• June 26, 28---2:00pm-3:30pm (Small Gym)
• July 10---1:30pm-3:30pm (Small Gym)
• July 17, 19, 24, 26---2:00pm-3:30pm (Main Gym)
