Please remember that anyone looking to make varsity will need to make at least 4 out of the following 6 physical tests:

--15 push-ups (toes and hands touching the floor only)
--9 minute or less mile time
--45 sit ups in a minute
--2 pull ups or more
--3.2 seconds or less from home to first (sprint time)
--bench press 12 reps of 65 lbs or more (which means the bar + 10 lbs on each side)

JV players will not have to hit this requirement, although it is highly encouraged to work towards these numbers!
