THE BELL MEET:
Please be at Providence NO LATER THAN 5:30 pm. Remember, this is Senior Night as well, so show up with banners, signs, and school spirit!

TRY OUT GUIDELINES:
Swimming:
- Swimmer must be able to swim two lengths of the pool (50 yards) without stopping or assistance, performing one of the four competitive swim strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, or butterfly), by Friday, November 16.
Diving:
- A diver is required to know how to do a front dive, as well as a back dive.
- Within a 3 day period, must learn to do a front and back approach in combination with a dive.

First day of practice is Monday, November 12. Please be at Providence at 3:45 pm. Below is the practice schedule for the season:
Mondays: 4-5:15 (pool)
Tuesdays: 4-5:15 (pool), 5:30-7 (dryland at school)
Wednesdays: 4-5:15 (pool)
Thursdays: 4-5:15 (pool), 5:30-7 (dryland at school)
Fridays: if no meet, 4-5:15 (pool)
Saturdays: 9:30-11 (dryland at school)
