Optional Summer Conditioning

Like last year we will be beginning optional summer runs after the July 4th Weekend. We will meet at Roundtree Park under the Pavilion. Everyone (parents included) are welcome to join. Summer practices will go from 6pm to approximately 7:45 pm. Please make every effort to attend.
Practice Dates: July 7, 9, 14,16,21,23,28,30
Regular Practice Starts August 4th at Roundtree Park 6-8pm.
