The season will be running from April – June and we will be starting conditioning the first week of March and tryouts will be held in 4/12 through 4/14. More information will be provided on this site so please continue to check for updates. To be ready for the season you will need the following:

• VHSL Physical pre-exam 

a. If you need a VHSL physical form click here—download and print the form and take it with you to one of the options listed below: 

• Your regular doctor. Often the cheapest and can take insurance
• https://www.patientfirst.com/services/physicals/sports-physicals | $49 
  • Some insurance is accepted
  • Bring relevant documents such as medical history
  • Walk in appointments accepted
• https://www.cvs.com/minuteclinic/services/sports-physicals | $69 
  • Insurance is not accepted and must be paid upfront
  • Bring relevant documents such as medical history
  • Appointment required and not available at all CVS locations

b. If you have your completed VHSL physical form you can drop the form off to the main entrance (Door #1) and ask the adult that answers the door to call the activities office for someone to review your physical. Unless there isn't anyone in the office, wait for someone to come down to review with you. (This must have been completed by your doctor after May 1, 2020 to be eligible for this season)

• You must create an account on the AR Athletic Website to register for all sports. This process replaced the paperwork turn in (except the physical).  Dawn Fergusson in the activities office will be your point of contact for issues on that site.
• Register for an AR account, click here to access the page. This Must be completed to be eligible for sports. 

1. Use a computer/laptop not a mobile phone to sign up
2. DO NOT USE YOUR @fcpsschools.net email! Use a personal email only!
3. This must be completed prior by April 8th or you will not be participating in the season
