Congratulations to the 400 Free Relay team of Scott Silvester, Alex Howe, Andrew Frank, and Alek Anderson for setting a new school record at the 20th Annual Kecoughtan Invitational in Newport News, VA. The boys took down the old school record of 3:29.02 (set in 2002) with a time of 3:28.61.
The relay team won the consolation final by a large margin. Click here to see a video of the winning relay (fourth from the top)!
