The Jaguars bats came alive Tuesday for 13 hits including 4 doubles and a triple on the way to a 18-6 win over Thomas Jefferson.  Elija Rochon (3-4) was the perfect lead off batter reaching base and scoring on all four at bats with 3 hits including a double, 2 RBI and 2 stolen bases.  Noah Strother went 3-4 with a double, 3 RBI and 2 stolen bases. Brent Barbaro and Nate Moonis added the teams other doubles, and Connor Hines had the games only triple, the first of the year for the Jaguars. A major offensive boost came from the bottom third of the batting order as Hines (1-2), Arek Rojas (2-3) and Jacob Butler (1-2) combined to score 8 of the teams runs.

Grant Hawley and Noah Strother combined to throw 7K's, and limit Thomas Jefferson to 6 hits and only 2 earned runs from the mound. The Jaguars improved to 1-2 for the season with the majority of the games still to be played.
