The Girls Swim & Dive team continued their season with a win over Wakefield High School.
First place winners were Maggie Cullather (200 FR), Emily Sturges (200 IM), Clara Dombroski (50 FR, 100 FR), Kristina Clingaman (100 FL, 100 BK), Jenny Moore (100 BR).
Second place winners were Shelley Kendall (200 IM), Hannah Wilkerson (diving), Sarah Kane (100 FL, 500 FR), Maggie Cullather (100 FR), Mary Earnhart (100 BK), Allison Parker (100 BR).
Third place finishers were Kara Sims (200 FR), Chnar Sindi (200 IM), Emily Sturges (diving), Shelley Kendall (500 FR).
The Lady Jags will kick off 2009 with a battle against Mount Vernon High School at GW Rec Center on January 9. Last season, the girls fell to Mount Vernon by the margin of three points. The girls look for a bit of redemption before heading down to Newport News for the Kecoughtan Invitational.
