The Girls Swim & Dive team won another district meet, and this time by a wide margin against Wakefield High School.

First place winners were Maggie Cullather (200 FR), Emily Sturges (200 IM), Clar Dombroski (50 FR, 100 FR), Kristina Clingaman (100 BK, 100 FL), Jenny Moore (100 BR).

Second place winners were Shelley Kendall (200 IM), Hannah Wilkerson (diving), Sarah Kane (100 FL, 500 FR), Maggie Cullather (100 FR), Mary Earnhart (100 BK), Allison Parker (100 BR).

Third place finishers were Kara Sims (200 FR), Chnar Sindi (200 IM), Emily Sturges (diving), Shelley Kendall (500 FR).

The Lady Jags kick off 2009 with a meet against Mount Vernon High School at GW Rec Center on January 9.  Last year, the girls fell to Mount Vernon by the small margin of THREE points.  After facing off with Mount Vernon, the ladies will head down to Newport News for the Kecoughtan Invitational.
