Freshman pitcher Carson Mayfield pitched a 7 innings of outstanding baseball for Jags. But the Jags lost as George Mason scored 2 runs in the 8th, to win, 2-0.  George Mason pitcher Jay Nesson was equally dominate as he went all 8 innings to earn the hard fought win for the Mustangs.
