Tuesday's game against Justice was a heartbreaker for Jaguars, as they lost the lead late in a 5-2 defeat. The game was tied at two with Justice batting in the bottom of the fifth when Bennett Cooke's sac fly scored one run for Justice.
Jaguars lost despite out-hitting Justice six to four.
Jaguars got on the board in the first inning. Noah Strother hit a solo homer.
Justice knotted the game up at two in the bottom of the second inning. Michael Michael Novakdrew a walk, scoring one run.
Quincy Wilkins was on the hill for Justice. He lasted four innings, allowing two hits and two runs while striking out three.
Carson Mayfield was on the mound for Jaguars. He surrendered two runs on two hits over three innings, striking out three. Cameron Karicher and Aidan Cunningham entered the game from the bullpen, throwing one and two-thirds innings and one and one-third innings respectively.
Jaguars launched one home run on the day. Strother went yard in the first inning.
