Varsity Baseball Falls to Edison in Slugfest

Both Edison HS and Falls Church had their offenses going on Friday, but Jags eventually succumbed 12-8 in the high-scoring affair.
Noah Sedmak got the start for Falls Church and he allowed five hits and four runs over two innings, striking out one. Ryan Bailey, Sam Sanders, and Matt Gutermuth each contributed in relief for the Jags.
Tyler James (3 RBIs), Jonah Wilkes (2 RBIs), Noah Strother, and Sedmak all had hits to lead Falls Church.
The Jags return to action next Tuesday, when they host Wakefield at 6:30pm.
