- Falls Church took the lead in the fifth innings on a double by Nate Moonis that scored 2 runs as the Jaguars came back to earn a hard fought 9-7 victory over George Mason HS on Friday.
- George Mason scored four runs in the first inning. The big inning for George Mason came thanks to a single by B Murphy and a towering home run by J Asel.
- In the first inning, Falls Church got their offense started when Tyler James singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.
- Noah Sedmak led things off on the rubber for the Jaguars. He surrendered six runs but only 2 earend on five hits over two innings, walking zero.
- P Villa was on the mound for George Mason. He surrendered four runs on three hits over four innings, striking out three. Murphy, and Asel each contributed in relief for George Mason.
