The Boys Swim/Dive team lost in another close meet.  This time, they fell to Stuart 155-160.  The team suffered from illness and injury, but they stepped up to perform their best.  However, the team lacked the first and second place finishes to win the meet.

First place winners included Alex Howe (200 FR, 500 FR), Alek Anderson (200 IM, 100 BK), and the 400 FR A Relay (Scott Silvester, Alex Howe, Andrew Frank, Alek Anderson).

Second place finishers were 200 Medley A Relay (David Blincoe, Paul Cossack, Andrew Frank, Alex Howe), David Blincoe (50 FR, 100 FR), Eric Kuldell (dive), 200 FR B Relay (Michael Clingaman, Scott Silvester, David Blincoe, Alek Anderson), Paul Cossack (100 BR).

Third place finishers were 200 Medley B Relay (Daniel Healy, Michael Clingaman, Eric Kuldell, Andy Fernandez), Paul Cossack (200 IM), Andrew Frank (50 FR, 100 FL), Scott Silvester (100 FR), Michael Clingaman (100 BR), 400 FR B Relay (Pieter van Wijngaarden, Will Rogers, Andy Fernandez, Nick Engquist).

In addition to some stellar performances, the boys said farewell to 9 senior boys.  Swimming/diving in their last duel meet were Alek Anderson, Paul Cossack, Nick Engquist, Andy Fernandez, Andrew Frank, Daniel Healy, Austin Morgan, Scott Silvester, and Pieter van Wijngaarden.  All of the boys will be greatly missed!

Up next for the boys is the National District Championships at Providence.  Diving is on Thursday, February 5 at 5:30 PM, with swimming preliminaries on Friday the 6th at 5:30 PM and finals on Saturday the 7th at 5:30 PM.
