My believing in the philosophy in TEAM- ME has afforded me a successful career in Track & Field. My track & field coaching experience started in Atlanta Public Schools. I have presently been coaching 10 years in Fairfax County Public Schools. My journey has included championships in the Liberty District, Concord District, National District and the Northern Region. I have coached many district and regional championships during indoor and outdoor seasons. A number of my athletes have earned all-district, region and States honors. Many were district and regional champions in their respected events.

My areas of expertise are short/long sprints, sprinters relays (4x100, 4x200, 4x400m relay) and long & triple jump. I also have worked with all hurdles events. My best long jumper placed 3^rd in states with a ‘24’ plus foot jump!

I am presently coaching football at Falls Church (varsity running backs coach and Head JV coach).
