Carson Dye was hired as the Falls Church Boy's Lacrosse Coach in 2012. Coach Carson Dye grew up near Annapolis MD and has played lacrosse since he was 6. Coach Dye played midfield at Southern High School from 1996-1999. Coach Dye then went on to The Ohio State University and played midfield for the Buckeyes. Coach Dye finished his college career helping to lead the Ohio State club team to the NCLL National Championship in 2002 over the University of Delaware. Coach Dye began his coaching career as a JV assistant coach at Dublin-Coffman High School in Dublin, OH. Coach Dye then went to become the Assistant Varsity Head Coach at St. Francis DeSales Catholic High School in Columbus, OH. In 2008, Coach Dye returned to Maryland and had the privilege of coaching at his alma mater, Southern High School in Harwood, MD. In 2015, Coach Dye traveled to Helsinki, Finland to assume the Head Coaching position for the Helsinki Chiefs. Coach Dye led the Chiefs the Finnish National Championship game and won the silver medal. Today, Coach Dye has a master's degree and a post-master's certificate from The George Washington University in Transition Special Education and Leadership and Administration and is a Special Education Teacher at Cedar Lane School in Vienna, VA.
